At Yoga Pants Guru, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy carefully. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with any issues, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

To submit a claim or report an issue with your order, please contact us at yogapantsguru@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable or have return limitations:

• Custom or Personalized Items: Items made to customer specifications are not eligible for return.
• Sealed Goods: Products such as face masks are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
• Buyer’s Remorse: Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted except as required by local laws (e.g., customers in Brazil).

For customers in Brazil, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. Items must not have been used or damaged.

Exchanges and Refunds

• Exchanges: Size exchanges or other product exchanges are offered at your expense. You will need to place a new order for the desired size or product.
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued for claims where damages, defects, or errors on our part are confirmed.

For EU consumers, please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Return Address: By default, returns are directed to the Printful facility. Once a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

If you use a different return address, you are responsible for managing and processing any returned shipments. Yoga Pants Guru is not liable for these returns.

Specific Scenarios

1. Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You are responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
2. Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility require payment for reshipment costs. Unclaimed items not resolved within 30 days will be donated to charity.
3. Returned by Customer: Customers should contact us before returning any products. Returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse are at your expense and discretion.
